Once I get the payment, I'll get started! Depending on complexity, commissions can take between 1 week and a month. Complex commissions with a background can take a couple of months. I am always in touch with the client through the process, and if due to irl circumstances I take too long, I can issue a refund if requested. (As of now, only bust and headshot commissions are open, and those at most can take up to 2 weeks.)

I do not do refunds after the commission is complete. I only do refunds if 

I cannot complete the commission in the maximum amount of time I estimated, if the client requests it. The chances of this happening with regular commissions (ones without a complex background) is very slim to none.
